Structural Timber

Overview

Our wide range of structural timber includes H3 Treated Pine, H2 LVL, I-Beam, H3 Primed Timber, and F17 Beams.

Treated pine (H3) is impregnated with fungicide and insecticide for long term resistance to decay, insects, and other organisms that destroy wood. This allows for durability when applied to gazebos, retaining walls, and cladding.

Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) is one of the strongest wood-based engineered construction materials, comparable to solid timber and steel while being much lighter and easier to handle. It is highly workable and durable with a high load-bearing capacity and comes in a wide range of thicknesses, widths and lengths.

I-Beams are high-strength, long-span structural timber beams which are used for residential and commercial applications. They offer exceptional straightness, uniform depth and dimensional stability.

Finger-Jointed, Treated (H3) Primed Pine is great for both traditional and contemporary construction trends. This pre-primed product is great for areas such as outdoor pergolas and decks and is renowned for its straightness. It comes in lengths up 7.2 meters.

F17 Hardwood is a mixture of Australian hardwoods, sourced locally from certified forests and plantations. Strong, stable and straight, seasoned hardwood is commonly used as framing lintels, in truss applications, and can be used as floor joists and wall studs.
